The Quartier d’Or residence complex offers two Smart Home systems: a structured automated monitoring and management system for the building's engineering systems (SMUZ) and a system (Smart Apartment) for comprehensive management of engineering systems, equipment, and smart devices directly in the residences.

The Quartier d’Or clubhouse is located on a private territory designed for privacy, with no commercial spaces on the premises. Public areas on the first floor are exclusively for residents and their guests 24/7.

The closed territory of the clubhouse is divided into separate zones, where trees, shrubs, and flowers create stunning ensembles in the best traditions of European gardens. Each zone is a small masterpiece of landscape art, and together they form a unified garden worthy of the most discerning eye, delighting residents and their guests in any season and any weather.
