The Quartier d’Or apartment complex is being built in the very center of Moscow’s "Golden Square", on Ozerkovsky Lane in Zamoskvorechye. This is the most historic area, where the spirit of old Moscow is still alive.

The streets of Zamoskvorechye inside the Garden Ring were granted the status of "protected", meaning specially preserved, back in the Brezhnev era. Since then, the merchant Moscow is fully felt only in this area of the capital. Quiet streets and lanes with cozy cafes and shops invite you to take a walk, and the embankments along the canals are perfect for morning jogs.

This area has the largest concentration of church complexes, old estates, and historic buildings – something you won't see anywhere else in the capital.

Zaryadye Park and the Kremlin, the Boulevard and Garden Rings, the Tretyakov Gallery – all within a 1-kilometer radius of the house, accessible on foot through the most beautiful historic streets of the capital. The Tretyakovskaya metro station is 400 meters away. Ozerkovskaya Embankment is 200 meters away.
